Tasting Notes:

Appearance: Clean, bright pillory color with cardinal trim, with a high layer that denotes travel.

Aroma: Strong nose, ripe red and black fruit like (berries and raspberries), orange peel, spacious notes of clove, balsamic, eucalyptus, with mineral notes and a light toasted scent.

Taste: Begins balanced and pleasant, taking a velvety step with sweet, well-polished tannins. Persistent aftertaste denoting ripe fruit.

Pairs well with red meats, small game and roasts.

Open 30 minutes before consuming. Unfiltered wine, decantable.
